Description

Pluronic F127 is widely known surfactant, known also as Poloxamer is 3 block amphiphilic copolymer of  PEG-PPG-PEG structure (PEG: poly(ethylene glycol); PPG: poly(propylene glycol)). The central PPG block is hydrophobic, while the PEG blocks remain hydrophilic and above a critical temperature, self-aggregates into micelles.
